Service

KF Inference is an independently operated language-model inference provider. Access is offered only through authorized API marketplaces or written agreements. These terms do not grant access to hardware, operating systems, containers or files.

Acceptable use

Users must comply with applicable law, marketplace policies and the model license. Attempts to disrupt the service, bypass limits, probe private infrastructure, distribute malware or facilitate unlawful activity are prohibited.

Limits and availability

Context, output, concurrency and rate limits may be enforced. Requests may receive 429 or 503 responses when capacity or upstream service is unavailable. Canary service is provided without a guaranteed service level agreement.

Billing

When access is provided through a marketplace, prices, metering, payment and refunds are governed by that marketplace unless separately agreed in writing.

Model output

Model output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and suspension

We may update these terms or suspend access to protect users, infrastructure or legal compliance. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date on this page.
